Advertisement Copy Specifications:
Advertisement SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT (pdf files preferred). JPG
images are also acceptable. The entire ONLINE magazine is in color. Please provide artwork and ads in
printer ready copy. (No crop markings or layout images.)
The Maine Music Educators Association Bulletin accepts advertising according to the following principles:
1. All advertisements must be clearly germane to the practice of music education.
2. All advertisements are subject to approval of the MMEA Bulletin editor/website master and MMEA President (jointly referred to as “Publisher”), who reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertisement at any time.
3. Publisher will not pass along information through email lists or newsletters.
4. Publisher does not release personally identifiable data on or related to our membership.
5. Firms other than MENC or state music and education associations are not allowed to link to Publisher’s website.
6. The Publisher shall not be held liable for publishing errors or failure to publish any advertisement. The Publisher shall use reasonable effort to correct and place such advertisements in subsequent issues.
7. In the event of nonpayment, Publisher reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severely liable for such monies as are due and payable to Publishe
